Max founded Big Fish Endurance to bring smarter programming to the endurance community. After seeing countless athletes (himself included) struggle with injury, burnout, and stagnation due to incorrect programming, he hopes to proliferate the Big Fish Method focused on:
Consistency: building reliable training habits that produce long-term, sustainable progression
Intensity Control: ensuring each workout is tailored to provide stimulus while avoiding non-functional loading
Life-Integration: designing programs that harmonize with personal priorities (work, school, family, etc.)
